2. Grant of Rights
You grant UGlobal BMA an exclusive, worldwide license to use and distribute your works. You also grant UGlobal BMA the rights to use your content for promotional activities and music publishing.
3. Original Content
All content submitted to our platform must be original and created by you. By submitting content, you affirm that you hold all rights to the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
4. Permission for Third-Party Content
If you are submitting content created by another artist, you must have explicit permission from the artist to distribute their work on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or licenses to use and share the content. Failure to provide appropriate permissions may result in the removal of your submission and further penalties, including a potential ban from the platform.
5. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our distribution services. By submitting content, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
6. Modification of Cover Art
We reserve the right to modify your cover art if necessary before uploading it to the platform. Modifications will be made to ensure that the cover complies with our guidelines and platform requirements.
7. Explicit Content
If your content includes explicit material, you must ensure that a "Parental Advisory" logo is included on your cover art. Failure to label explicit content appropriately may result in delays or removal of the content.
8. No Content ID Application Guarantee
We do not guarantee that your content will not be flagged by content identification systems (e.g., Content ID on YouTube) for Bhojpuri, Haryanvi, Rajasthani, or any other genre. Ensure that your content complies with relevant copyright laws and guidelines.
9. Compensation for Copyright Claims
If your project is released and a Content ID is generated, but it is later detected that you have used pre-existing samples, tunes, or other copyrighted material without proper authorization, leading to a copyright claim, you will be solely responsible for compensation and any associated penalties.
10. Genre Content
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is categorized correctly according to the genre. Misclassification may affect the distribution and visibility of your content.
11. Similarity of Melodies
Your content should not contain melodies or structures that are substantially similar to other existing works. We reserve the right to reject or remove content that appears to infringe on existing melodies or compositions.
12. No AI-Generated Content
Content created using AI, including AI-generated melodies or samples, is not permitted. AI tools may inadvertently replicate existing melodies or tones, which could lead to copyright issues. If any AI-generated content is found in your submission, it will be rejected, and you may face penalties including an instant ban.
13. Notification of Samples Used
If your content includes any samples, you must notify us and provide details about the source of the samples. Failure to disclose sample usage may result in the removal of your content and other consequences such as the ban of your label and artists.
14. Royalty Split
Royalty splits will be in accordance with the agreement specified by our platform. Ensure that you review and understand the terms of the royalty distribution before submitting content.
15. Copyrighted Content and Unlicensed Samples
The use of copyrighted content or unlicensed samples is strictly prohibited. If we find that your content includes such material, it will be removed immediately, and you may face an instant ban from our platform.
16. Record Label Limit
Only one record label is allowed per account. You may not operate multiple record labels or brands under a single account.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
